Nathan: I’m not quiet about this stuff either, but I was rather shocked to discover how many men see secrecy as necessary to a successful relationship with the opposite gender. And you’re right—there’s nothing like a life-long contract to make you open up and say what you really feel!

Some of these will still apply, but I think younger men tend to be more secretive (read: insecure) about certain things, despite stereotypes to the contrary. Older men are more likely to be honest and open, I think, unless they’ve never actually grown up…

Very interesting Ron. I must be a different kind of man because I am not quiet about more than half of what you listed here and some just do not apply.

Then again, I’m married for nearly 13 years to a woman I’ve been with for 18 years. Perhaps if I were single and dating I’d keep quiet about some of this.

Also, a list of 10 things does not nearly cover what a lot of men keep quiet about. LOL
